Our hotel is situated on a hectare plot so around the hotel you have a lots of free space

Białka Tatrzańska it is a touristic place but our hotel is located in a part of the resort where there is not lot of hotels and boarding houses
We put necessary precautions and procedures according to the guidelines from the ministry of development and the main sanitary inspectorate

Hotel is equipped with disinfection dispensers which are situated in a public spaces

After entering the hotel before the approaching the reception desk please disinfect your hands.

Receptionist works in mask and have gloves or disinfect hands

Receptionist disinfect every hour or depending of the number of the guests reception desk, phone, keyboard, terminal for credit card’s payments and room cards.

I is forbidden to have guests from the outside of the hotel.

At the reception desk can stand only one Guest.

After the entering the hotel, Guests are asked to disinfect their hands before approaching the receptionist and to keep a distance of 2 meters.

It is possible to buy masa at the reception desk

According to the restrictions about the avoiding direct contacts between Guests and hotel staff, daily cleaning of the rooms is only on request.

If you need to change the towels, getting out the garbage or replenish other necessary things please call the reception desk under 100 or put out the information “Please clean the room”

All activities connected with cleaning will be done if Guests is absent

All Guests are asked to air the room regularly during their stay

We would like to inform that we have increased the number of the disinfection of handles, handrails and elevator bottoms.

Preparing the room for a Guest we air the room, disinfect all flat surfaces and we clean properly room and the bathroom.

The shared parts of the hotel like corridors and bathroom are disinfected every hour.

It is forbidden to use hotel hair dryers in the rooms and in the SPA zone.

During the breakfast by the buffet can be maximal 3 persons at one time, the Guest have to ware mask and disinfect the hands before the approaching of the buffet

It is recommended that children under 10 years do not use the breakfast buffet

If the receptionist during the check in will notice some symptoms of the illness he can measure the temperature. If the temperature will be higher and there will be other symptoms like persistent cough and problems with breathing receptionist can refuse to check in the Guest.
