§1.
The Regulations define the rules of providing services, accountability and staying on the premises of the Hotel, and constitute an integral part of the agreement which is concluded through check-in procedures, as well as by making a reservation, paying earnest money or making the full payment for the stay in the Hotel. By carrying out these operations, the Guest confirms that they have read and they accept the terms of the Regulations.
When making a reservation, the customer agrees to the processing of their personal data for marketing purposes only by the Burkaty Hotel in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws No. 101 from 2002, item 926 with the subsequent amendments).
The regulations apply to all guests remaining on the premises of the Burkaty Hotel.
§2
Rooms are rented for hotel days. If the length of stay is not specified, we assume that the room has been rented for one day.
Rooms are available to check in from 4:00 pm on the arrival date. Your room must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
The reception is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Check-in is available until 9:00 pm.
If a guest wishes to extend their stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival, it should be reported to the reception by 10:00 am on the last day of the rental of the room. Stay can be extended as long as there are vacant rooms available. If there are no vacancies, the hotel may have to refuse to extend a customer’s stay.
The guest cannot transfer the room to other people even if the period for which they have paid has not expired.
Guests of the facility are required to check in at the reception immediately upon arrival. In order to confirm their identity, the customer is required to present a document with a photograph (Act of 10 April 1974 on registration of population and identity cards, Journal of Laws 2001, no. 87, item 960). In the event of refusal to present an ID, the Hotel has the right to decline to check the guest in.
§3
The fees for accommodation in the facility and other services are determined in the "Price List" and "Special Offers" on the www.burkaty.pl website.
In case of advance booking, paying earnest money in the amount of 30%-100% of the total amount is required, or full payment if the room is rented for one day. The amount and date of payment of earnest money is determined by the reception. We do not guarantee accommodation for persons who do not have a reservation or who fail to make this payment.
The earnest money is forfeited in full if reservation is cancelled or the guest fails to arrive at the hotel.
If the reservation is cancelled up to 21 days before the stay, it is possible to use the earnest money to pay for another stay within 6 months from the date of cancellation of the previous booking.
In the guest fails to arrive at the Hotel, the reservation is valid until midnight on the day of expected arrival.
Payment of the earnest money is tantamount to acceptance of the Regulations of the Hotel.
The reservation is made in the name of the person or company that will make the payment. When the reservation fee is credited to our account, we issue a VAT invoice for the person who made the reservation or the company that provided the invoice data in advance. In the case of the remaining part of the payment, a final invoice is issued with the data from the prepayment invoice. If an invoice is to be issued using specific personal or company data, the guest is required to report this fact before making the reservation fee.
If the room is not used throughout the entire reservation period e.g. because the guest fails to arrive at the hotel, arrives later or leaves earlier than it was stated in the reservation, it does not result in a reduction in the payment for the service.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without informing the customer if the reservation fee is not received until the date indicated in the reservation e-mail.
The payment for the stay is collected on the first or second day after arrival. Please respect this obligation.
Packages are booked for predetermined dates without the possibility of modifying them.
The room number confirmed during reservation may be subject to change without notice to the Customer, provided that a room of the same or a higher standard is offered.
§4
Persons who have not checked in at the reception may stay in hotel rooms from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The company’s procedures for the protection of personal data are described in the Privacy Policy (§15), which is an integral part of the regulations.

Smoking and the use of open fire are also forbidden. This does not apply to chargers or power supplies for personal computers as well as audio and video devices. Setting off a false fire alarm will result in the arrival of the FIRE SERVICE and a 5,000 PLN FINE.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the hotel. If the guest breaks the smoking ban and the smell of cigarette smoke is detected in the room occupied by them, the hotel will charge them for additional cleaning.
§7
The hotel provides services according to its category and standard.
